Australian Labradoodle Founders Alliance
The Australian Labradoodle Founders Alliance (ALFA) was formed mid 2009 by a group of breeders deeply concerned about the direction now being taken by a large number of breeders throughout the world and the imminent destruction of the authentic Australian Labradoodle.
Associations/Registries were originally established with a charter to protect the breed as developed by the Australian Founders , but many of these now openly express their disagreement with the Breed Founders on the way the Australian Labradoodle should continue to be bred.

To protecting and nurturing the future of the authentic Australian Labradoodle as created and developed by its founders and to encourage, support and bring together breeders committed to the purity of the breed, its health status, soundness of conformation, uniquely intuitive and intelligent nature and reliably non shedding allergy friendly coat. ALFA is committed to shining the light of accurate information into the current confusion by guiding families towards breeders who uphold the vision of the founders in their breeding programs.
